VOZOL does not publish the watt figure for each of the six levels on the product information we receive, so we don’t quote one. Level 1 is the gentlest; each step up gives more vapour and a stronger hit, and uses e-liquid and battery faster.
Battery and wattage: what to expect
The 650mAh battery is meant to be recharged several times over the life of the device, so the battery never runs out before the 18ml of e-liquid does.
- Charge before first use. Devices can arrive part-charged. A charging cable isn’t listed in the box, so use your own USB-C cable and a standard phone adapter.
- Use the screen. It shows battery level and the wattage setting, so you know when to charge before it cuts out.
- Start low. Begin on a low wattage level and go up one step at a time. Higher levels give a warmer, denser draw but empty the tank sooner.
- Keep it out of the heat. Don’t leave it in a parked car or in direct sun in the UAE summer. Heat shortens battery life and can cause leaks.
Is the VOZOL Vista 20000 refillable?
No. The Vista 20000 is sealed and pre-filled. You can recharge the battery, but you can’t refill the e-liquid or change the coil. When the flavour fades and a burnt taste stays even after a rest, the e-liquid has run out and the device is finished, even if the battery still shows charge. Don’t try to open it: prising the body apart can damage the battery and cause leaks.
How long does a VOZOL Vista 20000 last?
It depends on how much you vape and which wattage level you use. The 20,000-puff rating assumes short, light draws on low power, so most people get fewer.
| Puffs per day | Days at the full 20,000 rating | Days at 16,000 puffs |
|---|---|---|
| 200 | about 100 | about 80 |
| 400 | about 50 | about 40 |
| 600 | about 33 | about 27 |
These figures are simple maths on the rated puff count, not a test result. Long draws, chain-vaping and high wattage all use e-liquid faster. The 18ml tank is the real limit: once it is empty, recharging won’t bring it back.
Vista 20000 vs Star 20000 vs Gear Power 20000
All three are 20,000-puff, rechargeable, 50mg VOZOL disposables. The Vista gives you the finest control (six wattage levels), the Star 20000 has a Smooth/Boost switch, and the Gear Power 20000 is the cheapest and the only one also sold in 20mg.
| Vista 20000 | Star 20000 | Gear Power 20000 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price at Vozol Dubai | AED 38 | AED 43 | AED 33 (was AED 40) |
| Rated puffs | Up to 20,000 | 20,000+ | Up to 20,000 in Eco mode, 12,000 in Power mode |
| E-liquid | 18ml | Not listed | 20ml |
| Battery | 650mAh | Not listed | 650mAh |
| Nicotine | 50mg | 50mg | 20mg or 50mg |
| Power control | 6 wattage levels | Smooth and Boost modes | Eco and Power modes |
| Screen | Colour screen | LED screen (battery and e-liquid) | LED display (battery and e-liquid) |
| Coil | Dual mesh | Mesh | Not listed |
| Extras | Compact body | Mouthpiece protector | Two-mode switch |
- Pick the Vista 20000 if you want to set the strength of the hit yourself and prefer a smaller device.
- Pick the Star 20000 if you want a simple two-mode switch and a mouthpiece protector. Read our Star 20000 review.
- Pick the Gear Power 20000 for the lowest price, a bigger tank than the Vista (20ml) or a 20mg option. Read our Gear Power 20K review.

Best VOZOL Vista 20000 flavours
Start with Cherry Cola if you like sweet, Watermelon Ice or Miami Mint if you want cool, and Elderflower Grapefruit if you want something less common. All 22 Vista flavours are AED 38 and in stock at the time of writing.
- Cherry Cola: sweet cherry over classic cola. The easiest first pick.
- Elderflower Grapefruit: floral elderflower with sharp grapefruit. Light rather than sugary.
- Watermelon Ice: juicy watermelon with a cold finish. A good all-day choice in the heat.
- Miami Mint: clean, crisp mint for people who don’t want fruit.
- Vanicreme Tobacco: tobacco softened with vanilla cream. The only tobacco-style Vista.
- Mexican Mango: ripe mango, one of the newer Vista flavours.
- Sour Apple Ice: tart green apple with menthol.
The other Vista flavours are Blue Razz Ice, Dragon Fruit Banana Cherry, Grape Ice, Lavafire, Lemon Lime, Mango Ice, Mixed Berries, Peach Ice, Peach Mango Watermelon, Raspberry Watermelon, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Mango, Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, Vzbull and Watermelon Bubble Gum. See them all on the VOZOL Vista 20000 page.
How to use the VOZOL Vista 20000
- Remove the packaging and any silicone plugs or stickers on the mouthpiece and air holes.
- Check the battery on the screen and charge it first if it is low.
- Set a low wattage level to start.
- Take slow, steady draws of a few seconds. It fires when you inhale; there is no button to press.
- Recharge when the screen shows low battery, and stop using it once the flavour has gone.
Common problems and quick fixes
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Won’t fire | Flat battery or a plug left in | Remove plugs, charge with a known-good USB-C cable |
| Won’t charge | Faulty cable, lint in the port, device too hot | Try another cable and adapter, clear the port gently, let it cool |
| Weak vapour | Low battery, low wattage, blocked air holes | Charge, go up one wattage level, check the air holes |
| Burnt taste | E-liquid nearly empty, chain-vaping, high wattage | Rest it, lower the wattage; replace it if the taste stays |
