We deliver VOZOL vapes to every emirate. Here is how delivery works at Vozol Express.

The time starts when your order is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the payment reaches us. During public holidays, bad weather or very busy periods, deliveries can take longer, and we will tell you on WhatsApp if that happens.
Delivery cost
- AED 30 per order.
- Free on orders over AED 300.
- Minimum order: AED 100 of products.
At the door
- The rider calls or messages you before arriving. Please keep your phone on.
- You can pay cash or by card on the rider’s machine (card payments add a 5% fee), or pay before delivery with a card link or bank transfer.
- Because our products contain nicotine, the rider may ask for an Emirates ID or passport to confirm you are 18 or older.
- If nobody is available, the rider will try to reach you. Repeated failed deliveries may be charged again.
Problems with a delivery
If something is missing, damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours on WhatsApp (+971 52 703 9137) and we will fix it. See the Refund and returns policy.
