These terms apply to every order placed on vozolxpress.ae or with Vozol Express on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Age requirement
Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. You must be 18 or older to buy from us. Our riders may ask for a valid Emirates ID or passport on delivery, and we will cancel the order if the person receiving it cannot show they are 18 or older. Keep all products away from children and pets.
2. Products
We sell genuine VOZOL disposable vapes and VOZOL salt nicotine e-liquids. Puff counts are the manufacturer’s rated figures and vary with how you vape. Product photos are for illustration and packaging may change. Nicotine strength is shown on each product page.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before delivering and you can cancel.
4. Orders
- The minimum order is AED 100 of products (after any discounts, before delivery).
- An order is confirmed when we accept it, usually on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline or cancel an order if stock runs out, the details cannot be verified, or the age requirement is not met. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
5. Delivery
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: delivered within 1–2 hours.
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and the rest of the UAE: delivered within 12 hours.
- Delivery costs AED 30 and is free on orders over AED 300.
Delivery times start when the order is confirmed and can be longer during public holidays, bad weather or very busy periods. Full details are in our Delivery policy.
6. Payment
- Cash on delivery.
- Card on delivery (Visa, Mastercard) on the rider’s card machine.
- Card payment link, sent on WhatsApp after we confirm the order.
- Bank transfer. We send the bank details on WhatsApp, and the order is dispatched once the payment is received.
Card payments (card on delivery and card payment link) carry a 5% card processing fee, which is shown at checkout before you place the order.
7. Returns and refunds
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days, and faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund and returns policy.
8. Safe use
Use the products only as intended and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not modify devices or charge them with damaged cables or chargers. Nicotine products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with heart conditions. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Apart from that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
