Quick answerThe VOZOL Rave 40000 is a rechargeable disposable rated for 40,000 puffs in Regular mode or 25,000 in Surge mode, with 20 ml of 50 mg e-liquid and a 1000 mAh battery. It costs AED 55 in 16 flavours. It is a different device from the VOZOL Star 40000, which costs AED 45.
We sell this device, so we have kept this review to the specs on our product page and what they mean in practice. It replaces our older article on 40,000-puff vapes, which wrongly treated the Rave and the Star 40000 as the same product.

Regular mode or Surge mode?
Regular mode gives a lighter draw and the full 40,000-puff rating. Surge mode gives a stronger hit and more flavour, but uses e-liquid faster, so the rating drops to 25,000. Most people use Regular day to day and switch to Surge now and then.
Cost per 1,000 puffs
At AED 55 for up to 40,000 puffs, the Rave works out at about AED 1.38 per 1,000 puffs at its rated maximum. A Gear 10000 at AED 33 is about AED 3.30 per 1,000 puffs. The Star 40000 is about AED 1.13. Real use is lower than the rating, especially with long draws or frequent Surge use, so treat these as best-case figures.
How long does it last?
| Puffs per day | Approximate life at 40,000 puffs |
|---|---|
| 200 | About 200 days |
| 400 | About 100 days |
| 800 | About 50 days |
These assume Regular mode and the full rating. Expect less in practice.

Battery care in UAE heat
Do not leave the device in a parked car or direct sun. Heat is hard on any lithium battery and can affect taste. Charge with a standard USB-C cable and unplug once full.
Pros and cons
Pros: high puff rating; fast USB-C charging; two power modes; light modes including a lights-off Stealth mode; 16 flavours.
Cons: 50 mg only, which is strong; AED 10 more than the Star 40000 for the same puff rating; larger and heavier than 10,000-puff devices.
